Please follow these steps with me.
1) Firstly open Run Command.
You can do this with shortcut Windows+R
2) Type now GPEDIT.MSC in the run box.
3) Now you are on your Local Group Policy Editor window.
5) Click on the Administrative Templates.
6) Click on the Network the left side of the window.
7) Double click on the Qos Packet Schedular right side of the window .
8) Then click on the Limit reservable bandwidth
9) Now watch there Your Limit reservable bandwidth is Enable and Bandwidth limit % (80).
10) First click Enabled and then set 0 Bandwidth limit box.
11)It is set at 20 or 80 by default.
12) Then click on the Disabled.
13) Click Apply and then OK.
14) Restart your Computer.
15) Now your Bandwidth increased by 30 to 50%.
